Temporary Shopping Instructions

This may not be as slick as some of the big sites...
We are a small operation, and as such, we are mainly focused on making the best products possible... which does not leave much time to get the web site and shopping cart together!
It's happening... but it is slow. There is a lot to it.
So, for now, if you will kindly indulge us. When you find something you want to buy, just copy and paste the info into an email.

• Let us know how many you want of a given item
• First and last name
• Address, City, State, Zip
• Phone and email (if different from the one you just used)

...and anything else you want to tell us.

We will send you an invoice through PayPal. That way you can pay for it with credit card if you want to, but it also gives you a paper-trail.

Once we receive payment, your order will be processed and we will send you tracking information.

Email Filtering

We use a spam blocker called ChoiceMail. When you send us your email, you should receive a message back that is prompting you to click a link. Don't worry, it's o.k. to click this one!
By clicking on the link, you are identifying yourself as a friendly and adding your name to our safe list.
If you don't get a ChoiceMail response pretty soon after you send it, give us a call.
So, if you don't respond to that return email, we may never get your order!!

When we get your order, we will notify you that we have received it, and pretty much when you can expect your shipment.

Out of Stock Items

If, for some reason, we are out of stock of something you want, we will notify you when we will have more made. Let us know if there is another item you would like in it's place.
If we are fresh out of an item, it may take several weeks to prepare a new batch. Especially soaps, which can take a long as six weeks to cure.
Because our products are hand-made and as natural as can be, we only make as much as can be safely stocked due to limited shelf-life.

Local Orders

If you are local, we can arrange a meet, somewhere halfway. That will save some money on shipping!
