
Of course we want you to be happy with your Gardens of Panjora product(s), and we know you ordinarily will be more than happy... but nobody and no thing is perfect, and there will probably be those cases where you encounter a less-than-desirable experience.
Returns for same product only.
In those cases where there is a defect in the product or the packaging, or it did not survive the shipping, we will replace it without hesitation. Simply return the product to us so that we can inspect the problem, so to avoid a repeat. Once we have received the problem child, we will ship out your replacement ASAP. The only time we may not immediately ship out a replacement is if we are out of stock, or no longer carry that particular item (See "Out of Stock Items" and "Discontinued Items" below).
Due to the rich, natural ingredients in our products, shelf-life is relatively short. We encourage storing your Panjora products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Gardens of Panjora can not be held responsible for storage in undesirable conditions like hot, moist, sunny environments. We also can not be held responsible for cultures or bacterium's introduced by your own hand or implement. Water is the giver of life... and many of our products contain water, and very little preservatives. You will not be able to store or treat these products like you would some products in a supermarket, which probably can last till the next ice-age.
If, upon receiving a product, you find that it contains something akin to a "science experiment"... we will replace it, again, upon return of the product to us. We need to determine the nature of the "science experiment" in order to maintain quality control. Quality control is very important to us, and we take it very seriously.
If, however, you determine that you simply do not care for the fragrance or the texture, or the color... well, we can't help that. There have been lots of people who have thoroughly enjoyed that product. We would encourage you to try it a little longer. Gardens of Panjora products are not like any store-bought product. You may be unfairly comparing your aesthetics to something you are more used to... which does not make our product bad. If you try it for a while, you may find that you will develop a fondness for it, and never ever want to go back to that icky-nasty store-bought stuff again!
If you are local, we can arrange a meet, somewhere halfway. That will save some money on shipping! We are happy to make that effort.

We have been on that other end of things far too many times. We know what it's like to feel bad about a purchase. We don't want that for you.
